Policy and Procedures:
- Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as it covers administrative and scheduling costs.
- If a client needs to reschedule their appointment, it must be done at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling within this timeframe is subject to availability.
- Rescheduling Process:
- Clients must contact Krystal Klear directly to request a rescheduling of their appointment.
- Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated due to limited availability.
- Krystal Klear will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, taking into consideration the client's preferred dates and availability.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a client cancels their appointment, the non-refundable booking fee of $25 will not be refunded.
- In the event of a cancellation, any additional payments made beyond the booking fee may be refunded based on the following conditions:
- Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled appointment: A refund of any additional payments made, minus the non-refundable booking fee.
- Cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled appointment: No refund will be provided for any additional payments made.
- Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:
- Krystal Klear understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the sole discretion of Krystal Klear.
- Documentation or evidence may be required to support exceptional circumstances for consideration of refund or rescheduling.
- Communication and Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring open lines of communication with Krystal Klear.
- Any changes, requests, or inquiries regarding appointments, rescheduling, or cancellations should be communicated promptly to Krystal Klear.
